Faith Formation Registration
Registration for Faith Formation Classes is held in the spring prior to the upcoming school year. Students are also accepted during the year, as long as there is room in the class. Please call the Rectory for more information.
2017-2018 Registration -
Following 10:15 Mass ONLY
April 2 and April 9 in the New Addition
You should have received your form in the mail. You can also download forms here, (see links to the right) or pick them up at the church. They are located on the round table in the foyer of the new addition, along with a collection box. Please place your completed forms with your payment ($50/student, $125/3 or more students if registered before April 9, 2017; $70/student, $145/3 or more students if late; checks payable to St. Denis Church) in the envelope provided. There will be volunteers taking registrations during the weekends listed above. Or you can return your completed, paid registration by mail or by dropping it in the collection basket during Mass.
